I began taking Danish classes in September of 2023 and met many of the wonderful people who posed for this project in my classes. Although our experiences are all different, many of them are refugees of war, some are simple immigrants like myself, we all very much feel our “foreign-ess” here. This exhibition aims to introduce ourselves to the local community and share stories, hopes and universal similarities.
